We would love to invite you to join us for a fun and energizing Bombay Jam dance fitness class with Tripthi! Whether you love to dance or simply want a joyful way to get moving, this class is for everyone—no dance experience needed.
Tripthi Pai is a certified Bombay Jam instructor, technology leader, and lifelong dance enthusiast who believes movement is one of the best ways to cultivate happiness and well-being. With a background in Indian classical dance and experience across many dance styles, she brings warmth, energy, and encouragement to every class.
Bombay Jam combines upbeat Bollywood music with an exciting full-body workout that's accessible to all fitness levels. Tripthi also incorporates strength-training elements to create a balanced workout, so you'll leave feeling stronger, more energized, and refreshed. Best of all, you'll be having so much fun dancing that you may forget you're exercising!
More than just a fitness class, it's a chance to laugh, de-stress, connect with other moms, and enjoy an hour just for yourself.
Registration: $5 per person (a $10 value)
The registration fee is non-refundable.
You will need weights (1-2lbs or higher-it’s optional), mat, water bottle and towel.
If you register but are no longer able to attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to another mom in the group and arrange reimbursement directly with her.
It will be a wonderful opportunity to move, recharge, and spend time together.
