This drop-in class is designed for 1st to 6th graders. It includes breathing work, kid-friendly yogic principles, stories, yoga poses, guided meditation, cooperative group activities, games, and more!!
Come with your comfortable clothes and take off your shoes -- we are going to have a lot of fun on the floor!!
** A yoga mat or a bath towel is required!
** Due to limited space, free tickets are available at 3:45 pm at the Children's Desk.
