This is the third year that the Superhero Heart Run is being brought to Fremont.
Superhero Heart Run is a fun family event with activities and a 2K/5K fun run/walk option to raise Congenital Heart Defect awareness. FUN Mothers' Club members have participated in this fun event since its first year in 2016. The event celebrates heart warriors and also commemorates heart angels, who passed from their heart defects.
Fun characters like Stomper and Stormtroopers come to the event and there are many fun things for people of all ages. There also is a raffle and a silent auction component.

Ripley had open heart surgery at 30 days old and is now a happy two year old boy.
