Free coding education for students age 14-18.

In an effort to provide digital literacy, Code for fun is offering HackHighScool (H2S) a free, 8-month coding course. This course runs from September to May and also includes preparation for the AP Computer Science Principles (AP CSP) exam. H2S is offered free of cost to achieve our mission of making coding accessible to all high school students.

Program Details:

- Saturday 11am – 4pm
- Drop-in on any Saturday from September 29, 2018 through
May 18, 2019
- Peer to peer correction
- Instructor led preparation for APCSP Exam
- Work through the HackHighSchool project tree or propose
your own programming challenges
- Enjoy the support of peers and mentors while you learn and
develop your programming skills

Hacking The Curriculum:

Level 1: Intro to Python projects
Level 2: Text based games, Cryptographic puzzles.
Level 3: Graphical games, Mathematical visualization, Music synthesis
Level 4: Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Game Design.
Level 5: Interactive websites, Databases and Data Mining.
