Paid Advertising Rates
The newsletter is published on the first Tuesday of each month and ad copies are due to
the editor by the 15th of the month prior to newsletter publication. Below is a list of ad
prices and sizes. All payments must be sent to:

Policies for Paid Ads
Payment must be received with ad copy by the 15th of the month prior to the issue date.
Multiple issue ads do not need to be run in consecutive months, but the advertising
coordinator needs to be notified of the months that the ad should run at time of payment.
All prices are for a standard black and white ad.
Prices are effective through October 31st 2008 (end of our fiscal year) or the end of your advertising contract if a later date.
Full-page ads are available with editor's approval due to space restrictions.
FUN Mothers' Club does not discriminate, however, ads may be rejected due to content that
may offend members or cause problems within our membership. The Newsletter Copy and
Layout Editors have final approval of all ads.
Each advertiser will receive a copy of the FUN Mothers' Club monthly newsletter each month
that their ad runs. However, under no circumstances are members to be solicited by email,
phone, or in person. All information contained in the newsletter is personal and private.
An advertising contract may be terminated if payment or ad copy is continuously delinquent
or if advertiser fails to comply with the advertising policies.
